Virginia Cobia Farms is the exclusive producer of cobia in the United States using our proprietary low-salinity production technology within a freshwater recirculating aquaculture system (RAS).  Our facility is located in Saltville, Virginia where there are pristine natural resources, abundant mineral deposits, and affordable energy.  Located in Southwest Virginia, Saltville is close to markets in the Eastern US, Midwest, and Gulf States.
